Ten Minute Chocolate Cake with Ganache

This is your reminder that with the right ingredients in your kitchen, anything is possible! Like a decadent chocolate fudge cake made with 3 ingredients!

Ten Minute Chocolate Cake with Ganache

1. Preheat your oven to 160 (this will cook in 5 minutes in your air fryer at 180-190).

2. Crush 8 chocolate banting biscuits - two single portion servings of Gracious Bakers choc biscuits, or whichever flavour you love!

3. Add 1 tsp baking powder

4. Add a third of a cup of full cream milk or half milk/half cream. Mix well.

5. Spoon into a greased baking tin or dish (I used a pie tin). Bake till set - mine took 10 minutes. Turn off the oven.

6. If you want the decadent glory of that ganache - add some rows of @dvchocolate sugar free dark chocolate or your favourite keto chocolate on top of your cake and pop into the warm oven while you pour yourself a cup of coffee. It melts beautifully. It’s super rich, very filling and you can easily share this with someone 😊
