Pink Berry Porridge

What you'll need:
1/2 cup frozen or fresh strawberries
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp erythritol or sweetener of choice
1 Gracious Bakers Instant Vanilla Porridge
80ml hot water
Additional berries / nuts for topping
Method:
1. In a small saucepan over a medium heat simmer your berries water and erythritol until they cook down.
2. Once they have reduced nicely use a stick blender to puree.
3. In a bowl mix your Gracious Baker Instant Vanilla Porridge and 80ml water. Then mix in your berry puree.
4. Top with additional berries or nuts if using and enjoy.
