This velvety Gluten & Sugar free instant chocolate mousse is fool proof, and ready within minutes. It is not only delicious, but perfect for low-carb, keto, gluten free, sugar free and banting lifestyle.



Prep Time: 5 Minutes


(6 Servings)

50 Ml Cream / Coconut Cream

15 Ml Erythritol or sugar replacement of your choice

2 Eggs Separated

60 Ml Sugar free Chocolate of your choice

15 Ml Butter (melted)

2 Ml Vanilla Extract

2 Portion (15 Gram Each) Gracious Bakers Drinking Chocolate


1. Separate your eggs and beat the egg whites to stiff peak, add the erythritol and beat until glossy and set aside.

3. Break your chocolate in small pieces and place in a microwave safe bowl, microwave for 20 second increments and stir every time until your chocolate is 70% melted.

4. Stir the chocolate until all is melted and allow to cool for 1 minute.

5. Add your egg yolk, butter and cream, vanilla to your melted chocolate and stir until combined.

6. Then add your Gracious Bakers Drinking Chocolate and stir.

7. Lastly fold in your egg white into the mixture and serve.

It is ideal to whip up a restaurant style mouse in minutes, no need to chill or wait to set. It will leave your guests talking for months.
