This velvety Gluten & Sugar free chocolate mouse cheesecake is fool proof, and perfect when you want to impress your guests. It is not only delicious, but perfect for low-carb, keto, gluten free, sugar free and banting lifestyle.

1 box Gracious Bakers Vanilla Biscuits / Chocolate Biscuits

50 Gram Coconut Flour

100 Gram Butter, melted


50 Ml Cream

15 Ml Erythritol or sugar replacement of your choice

2 Eggs Separated

60 Ml Sugar free Chocolate of your choice

15 Ml Butter (melted)

2 Ml Vanilla Extract

2 Portion (15 Gram Each) Gracious Bakers Drinking Chocolate

230 Gram Cream Cheese


Fresh Raspberries

50 Gram Sugar Free chocolate curls.


1. Melt the butter, crush the Gracious Bakers Vanilla Biscuits / Chocolate biscuits, and add the coconut flour, then blitz it together until item comes together.

2. Press into pie dish (+-20 cm) and place in the fridge.

3. Separate your eggs and beat the egg whites to stiff peak, add the erythritol an dbeat until glossy and set aside.

4. Break your chocolate in small pieces and place in a microwave safe bowl, microwave for 20 second increments and stir every time until your chocolate is 70% melted.

5. Stir the chocolate until all is melted and allow to cool for 1 minute.

6. Add your egg yolk, butter, cream and vanilla to your melted chocolate and stir until combined.

7. Then add your Gracious Bakers Drinking Chocolate and cream cheese and stir.

8. Lastly fold in your egg white into the mixture and pour into your pastry dish.

9. Top with some sugar free chocolate curls, freshly whipped cream and berries

It is ideal to whip up a restaurant style dessert in minutes, no need to chill or wait to set. It will leave your guests talking for months.
