Hot Cross Bun Mug Cake

A quick Easter treat that will tick all the flavour boxes.

SERVINGS:
1 Serving
INGREDIENTS:
1 pack Gracious Bakers Vanilla Porridge
1 large egg
1 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp cream
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon
tiny pinch nutmeg
tiny pinch tsp all spice
For the icing:
2 tbsp powdered erythritol
few drops vanilla extract
Tiny pinch of salt
1 to 2 tsp water as needed for the desired consistency
METHOD:
1. Lightly grease a large microwave safe mug.
2. Mix all your ingredients in the mug.
3. Microwave for 2 minutes.
4. Mix your icing ingredients together and drizzle over the top.
