Gracious Bakers Cauliflower Humus
Enjoy as a quick lunch or an addition to a wonderful tapas
1 box Gracious Bakers seed crackers
450g cauliflower florets
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil (divided)
1/2 cup Tahini
2 tsp minced garlic
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
1. Preheat oven to 200C.
2. Toss cauliflower in half the olive oil and lay on a baking sheet. Bake for 45 minutes until browned and tender.
3. Add the cauliflower and all your other ingredients to a food processor and blend until very smooth. Add a little more water if it's too thick.
4. Serve with your favourite Gracious Bakers crackers.
