RAINBOW SALAD




Whether you are celebrating heritage day or just want a great side dish for your braai, this recipe is a real crowd pleaser.

 

RECIPE


Serves 6


What You'll Need:


1 Box Gracious Bakers Morniga Fussili

1 small tub blue berries

1 round of feta diced

1/2 red bell pepper diced

1/2 yellow pepper diced

1/2 red onion diced

1/2 pack of black olives sliced


For the dressing:


1/2 cup Martinnaise Gourmet Mayonnaise

1 tbsp Martinnaise Apple Cider Vinegar

1 tbsp Dijon Mustard

1/2 tsp dried Oregano

1 tsp dried Parsley

Salt & Pepper to taste


Method:


1. Mix dressing ingredients and set aside.

2. Cook Fusilli as per package instructions and rise with cold water to cool.

3. Mix your Fusilli, dressing and remaining ingredients together well and refrigerate until you are ready to serve.
