CURRY PASTA SALAD
The perfect addition to your braai!
1 box Gracious Bakers Pene Pasta
1/2 cup blueberries
1 cup Martinnaise Gourmet Mayonnaise
1 cup double cream plain yoghurt
1 tbsp curry powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 red onion diced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 rib of celery thinly sliced
1 red pepper diced
1. Make the Pene as per package instructions and rinse with cold water to cool.
2. Mix mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice and spices in a large bowl.
3. Add your remaining ingredients, including the pasta, and combined well.
4. Refrigerate until you are ready to serve.
