A light, fresh summer meal that's sure to impress.



Serves 4


1 Box Gracious Bakers Moringa Fussili

2 medium avocados

¼ cup fresh basil chopped

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp lemon juice

½ tsp minced garlic

½ tsp sea salt

freshly ground black pepper

Fresh grated parmesan for topping (Optional)


1. Add all your sauce ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

2. Cook Pasta as per package instructions.

3. Pour sauce over pasta and mix well.

4. Serve topped with parmesan if using.
